Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Raises $25,000 for the KIDS!
On April 23rd, we were joined by 180 participants and volunteers at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays for our 4th Annual Sunshine Kids Clay Shoot. For those who are new here, The Sunshine Kids Foundation (SSK) is a nonprofit that supports children who have cancer in participating in fun activities, trips, and group gatherings with other children who also have cancer. The unique thing about the Sunshine Kids is that these awesome kiddos can meet other kids who are going through similar obstacles and can relate to one another. The battle they are taking on every day is something that only those who have been through it, can understand.
Waiving Your Inspection Rights
When it comes to making an offer on a home, some buyers are choosing to waive their right to inspections in order to make their offer more competitive. While this may seem like a good idea in theory, weighing your options first is ideal. If the buyers close on the home and then discover items that were not disclosed prior to closing, they may end up having to sue the seller in order to get their money back. By waiving this right, you’re essentially telling the seller that you’re not going to have an inspector come and look at the property before you close on it. It’s important to remember that waiving your inspection right is always taking a risk – so make sure that you know what you’re getting into before you sign anything!

3 Different Types of Real Estate Markets
The three different types of real estate markets are often referred to as sellers, balanced, and buyer’s markets. In a seller’s market, there are more homes for sale than there are buyers. This can often lead to higher prices and longer selling times. A balanced market is one where there is an equal number of buyers and sellers. Prices in a balanced market are often more stable, and homes tend to sell in a shorter timeframe. A buyer’s market is when there are more buyers looking for homes than there are homes for sale. This can often lead to lower prices and shorter selling times.
