We are so excited to announce our recent expansion and presence in Tampa and surrounding communities with the acquisition of Weichert Realtors Yates & Associates. They are a real estate firm with years of experience and expertise in the Tampa Bay market.

Weichert Realtors- Yates & Associates has spent decades building a reputable company with high standards of operation. After a lot of due diligence, broker/owner Jeanette Yates felt Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group will allow her company and team to continue to operate in that same vein and help them provide even better service moving forward. Jeanette will join our team as the Market President and will continue as the Managing Broker for both branches.

With this exciting addition, we will be adding two new office locations- Busch and Tampa Palms as well as over 25 real estate associates joining the team. We will now have 21 offices in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida area with over 800 agents and could not be prouder!
