We place a strong emphasis on providing education and training at all points of your career. Starting with our onboarding and Getting Connected classes, we’ll get you started in your real estate career

For established agents, we've got great options to help you keep improving your business. From classes that help you fulfill your CE credits to sales training and courses to help boost your tech skills, we help you cover all the bases.


First up, you'll attend a personalized Onboarding Session which will assist you with everything needed to gain access to our systems and get your business fully operational.

Next, you'll head to Getting Connected, which is a high-level company orientation that will introduce you to the systems, tools, resources, partners and business alliances you will have access to.


Don't worry if you're new to the real estate industry, we've got you covered. Our 4-week Berkshire Hathaway University program will help you kick-start your career. You'll learn best practices, legal pitfalls, technology platforms and the basics of everything you need to be successful with this new journey.

We've also developed a Mentor Program that partners you with an in-office expert to help expedite your success and provide you with hands-on training from a peer.


This 4-week in-person training session is designed as a full spectrum of education that helps you establish a knowledge base, build and enhance professional skills, develop proven strategies, organize your business systems, learn the language of real estate, and learn how to be accountable for actions and production.


Each of our Market Presidents continually hosts free, in-office seminars, workshops, and training to continue enhancing your education. They constantly partner with market experts to hosts different topics to ensure you are the most educated and professional sales person in the Central Florida market.
