The only issue that we encountered with which we were not completely satisfied (and over which Julie had no control) was the closing company (Enterprise) using ClosingLock (with ClosingLock's one-sided, oppressive/unfair contract terms, e.g., limiting ClosingLock's liability (to a maximum of $100), requiring mandatory mediation in and under Texas law, and requiring Berkshire Hathaway's clients to defend, indemnify and hold ClosingLock harmless (even if ClosingLock was negligent in providing its wire transfer instruction work.) Despite being required to use the services of (and being subject to ClosingLock's unconscionable contract terms), in the future, we would definitely be very pleased to work with Julie again and will strongly recommend Julie to any of our friends who are interested in buying or selling any real estate.
