The home we were looking for will be our retirement home, therefore, we were not going to settle, just the opposite. We gave Kathy our list of what we wanted which included: 1 story, 2500 sq ft, 3-4 bedrooms, a pool with a roomy lanai, and 1/2- 1 acre with a fenced back yard for our 2 furbabies.
