" The Marketing Team did an excellent job putting together the 2nd Annual CEO Mastery Workshop. The speakers were excellent and when talking with the agents, they made comments of how good the classes were and that it was fun to all be together again. The lunch was really good and even though the weather was not the best, the Aquarium did a fantastic job of being so flexible and "making it work" throughout the day. I was really impressed with their staff. I was disappointed that more agents who registered did not show up but that's an uncontrollable. It's unfortunate and I believe they really missed out. (Hope all the social media posts are giving them FOMO) ... LOL This workshop is really important to me, as part of keeping engaged with the agents & connecting with everyone, and being sure the agents are receiving continuing education information to help better their business. All in all, in my opinion, this year's workshop was a big success! "

She listened to my wants, needs and never once showed me a home that didn't check most of the boxes on my list. She never pushed me into something that I did not want. She would make suggestions and listened to my feedback. I cannot say enough positive things about Tammy! Tammy Hellman was the main agent I worked with, but Kim Hilliker also helped with the purchase of my home. She was at the home inspection with me and like Tammy, Kim was pleasant and professional. Nothing but great things about both these ladies. The only negative I can really say about the process is not the fault of Tammy Hellman/Berkshire Hathaway. I had a terrible experience with the mortgage company (Homespire) which Tammy recommended and the loan officer (Walter Parker) and his assistant. I don't think that is Tammy or BHHS fault, it is more the way Homespire is run and the incompetence of the employees. Never again will I use them and perhaps BHHS should evaluate who they recommend for mortgage companies. I should have just went with my credit union.... "
