" My Berkshire Hathaway agent, Mary Kvam, far exceeded my most optimistic hopes regarding the sale of our Florida condo. We owned the Florida condo for many years, but our primary residence is in New Jersey. We had a number of concerns regarding the sale of the Florida condo (e.g. selling in FL while being in NJ, having the sale to occur in early 2022, disposal of unwanted items, etc ).
