He never made me feel pressured or anxious or that I was wasting his time. 4 years later I called Paul right away because I was “thinking” about moving to florida now with a husband and a child. We had a Very Unique and Difficult purchase once we selected a property. The closing happened the 19th by 4 pm, thanks to Melissa's persistence and followup on Everything! I drove to Florida to close and did nothing but paperwork Monday until the following Monday when I closed......and they were still doing paperwork as I was signing. Melissa insisted they get it done because I needed to return to Michigan for work, and closing was suppose to have happened the 15th. The whole process was a nightmare and very very very stressful. I cannot say enough about Melissa's professionalism and the AMAZING job did for us! She is knowledgeable, patient, persistent (when needed), and personable. She was able to ease my stress in so many ways to make this a sale. To me, she went Way above and beyond by always being available, and I mean always!
