What is The Legendary Award?
Excellence deserves recognition, which is why we created the Legendary Award. We would like to recognize the best of the best among us. Not based on production, but instead based on those who have become a LEGENDARY REALTOR® while being an awesome human being to boot. Help us celebrate the incredible victories, those who constantly strive for an excellent customer experience, and go above and beyond to support their office, fellow real estate agents, and our company. Those individuals who have a positive impact on those around them who you’d like to see inducted into our Hall Of Legends.
Nomination Criteria
Every Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group real estate agent qualifies as an individual. Teams cannot be nominated as a group. While there are minimum requirements, please keep in mind this is not a production based award.
Any candidates not meeting the following criteria will not be included in voting. Unsure whether the agent you’d like to nominate meets them? Submit your nomination and we will verify their eligibility at a later date. Even if they don’t make the cut, we’ll ensure they know they were nominated during the process!
- Minimum of 5 years with Florida Properties Group
- Minimum of 5 transactions or managed properties (YTD)
The Process
Nominations will be accepted throughout the month of December. Nominees will then be vetted against the nomination criteria and those eligible we be included in the first round of voting from January 9th to January 19th. The top 10 semi-finalists will then be announced, for whom voting will then continue January 21st through January 31st.
The top 5 finalists will be receive an invitation to, and be recognized during, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Awards Ceremony. Each year’s winners will be inlcuded in our Hall Of Legends, which will recognize the best of the best among our organization.
Voting for our semi-finalists will be open from 1/21 to 1/31 . One vote per person during the final voting period, please.
