There are too many scam artists out there. I didnt have my monthly payment until 2days before closing, what if i didnt want to pay that amount. I was locked in the deal without being able to back out once i gave a deposit, not knowing that monthly payment. Continued to inquire about it and all I heard was that I would be fine. Thats easy to say for the person not having to make the payment. Communication i big to me. I also believe since you all do these deals all the time forget that we dont, and need more communication in the process. Just my two cents. Don

From the first point of contact, Catherine was timely, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable about the area. Although we ended up walking away from the property we originally wanted due to no fault of my own or Catherine’s team, her attentiveness, honesty and integrity never wavered. The house was sold the first day with the first people that looked at it. The sale sign went up on a Wednesday, the first people looked at it on Thursday and made an offer on Friday, we countered and then we agreed and the contract was signed on Saturday. We could not have been more impressed. I will be recommending Evelin to anyone I come across that is even toying with the idea of looking for a house. With the market being as tough as it is you are going to need an experienced agent to help you get your house. What stood out to me was her initiative when it came to contacting sellers. Not many real estate agents will do drive by's on possible properties on their own time and talk to a contractor to acquire a sellers contact information. He was spot on regarding attention to detail and local knowledge. Ed was on top of the listings and was immediately communicating any upcoming or newly listed properties that met our criteria. She got in contact with me as soon as she got the referral and continued to check on me (without being pushy) to check on my progress with selling my home in Nebraska and making a big life changing move to Florida. As I got closer to coming to Florida to go house hunting I would send her lists of houses that I liked. She promptly gave me tips on each house to help me decide whether to look at it or not. Stephanie stepped into the complicated situation like the Pro she proved herself to be. Even though there is about 630 miles between where I live and where the property I wanted to sell was, she treated the situation as if we were neighbors. I am not going to say I agreed on everything Stephanie recommended but I did trust her and respected her knowledge of the business she is in. She did help me reach the goals I was striving for. In the end that is what mattered not only for me but also for the many beneficiaries that were depending on me. Would I recommend Stephanie for the routine, and the more difficult sales? Yes! My only complaint is, there isn't a rating that exceeds Excellent because Kendra would definitely be in that category!!!! My ratings on Kendra speaks for its self!!! Tammy made sure all t's were crossed and I's were dotted. There was never a time that I doubted the confidence shown to me. Tammy and Kim both learned about a new area before showing us houses in that area. Tammy, Kim, Rob, and Kim's daughter were all involved and made all of the sales that we had with them in the last 2 years wonderful. Tammy, Kim and Rob all always made sure our questions were answered, and always had time for us, it was like friends meeting to see a house.

He insisted that we used Michelle since he had such a good experience with her. Immediately after my husband contacted her she started sending us listings. Even stayed with us cleaning our house that we were trying to sell. Reminded us that this take a while not to loose hope for our home. Besides physically emotionally she was very very patient, always keeping us in the loop no matter. Even when we wanted to ask her several time the same question she will repeat it again, not like I was bothering her. That is really hard to find and I appreciate that. I think God because she was very knowledgeable, and when she didn’t understand something she always came back to let us know what she found out. She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and we felt that we were NOT just a number.

She managed the photographing of our home and Community recreation area so beautifully. While our home was built in 1989 and we bought it and remolded it back in 2004, the photos on the Web Sites made it look current and beautiful! We had 5 offers and she negotiated an offer $5001.00 over list price. And finally, and so important, she was available on a moments notice and always so with such a positive attitude. You can't go wrong if you hire Lovely for either the sale of your home or purchase of new one.

I used your home warranty coverage on my last house and when the dryer broke, your company paid nothing, due to the age of the dryer, yet when the coverage was sold to me at my closing, there was no mention of pro-rations etc. It was a total rip off and now I have had my second home purchased with your company, and the services offering has expanded to the point where I question that you should continue to be a real estate firm.
