About Diane

Welcome to My Website!

I’m Diane Howard, Vice President of Training and Education at BHHS Florida Properties Group. My passion is helping people thrive in real estate, and I’m dedicated to supporting the growth and development of sales associates as they launch and build their careers. With over 37 years in real estate, my journey has taken me through sales management, training, relocation, property management, and foreclosure. I’ve been lucky to experience many facets of this dynamic industry.

Training and supporting others is truly my passion! I began my journey in Michigan, where I spent 27 years with a leading brokerage, and now, here in Florida, I’m proud to create the best learning environment possible for our agents. I’m a licensed broker in both Florida and Michigan and an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, the Graduate Realtors Institute, and a Certified Residential Specialist. I also served as a Certified Trainer for the Decorating and Staging Academy.

As part of the Howard Group sales team, I offer comprehensive support to homeowners preparing to sell and to buyers navigating the market. Real estate is a field filled with opportunity, and I’m grateful for the chance to share my experiences, build confidence, and elevate skills with those I work with.
