Keri Rodriguez  is a consistent top producer and has been a Realtor since 2003. A native New Yorker Keri sold north of New York city in the Westchester suburbs for 15 years before moving to Tampa Bay in 2018. She understands the demands of northerners and can relate to long distance moving. She jumped right in to the Real Estate Market in Tampa Bay and never looked back. She became a New Home Specialist and studied all of the new building opportunities and gorgeous communities that Wesley Chapel and  Pasco have to offer and she became an investor in South Tampa real estate as well. 2023 was an amazing year where Keri actually was the #1 individual agent by sales volume in her 33543 zip code in Wesley Chapel.
