That early example taught me the importance of nurturing a home, not just living in it, and it’s what first sparked my love for real estate.

Hi, I’m Moriah Friedman, a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Tampa, Florida. As a Tampa native, I take pride in helping others find their perfect place in the community I’ve always called home. After working in sales right out of college, I realized that what I enjoy most is connecting with people — understanding their stories, goals, and what truly makes them feel at home.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me relaxing at local coffee shops, walking my dog Layla, or visiting my best friends’ hometowns in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
