Megan Williams blends passion, experience, and an innovative spirit into her approach to real estate and property management. With over two decades in the industry, Megan has built her career on honesty, hard work, and an unwavering respect for the relationships she cultivates.

Originally from Indiana, Megan’s Midwestern roots shaped her core values early on. At age 10, she relocated to Central Florida, which eventually became home. Along her journey through Maryland, North Carolina, and back to Florida, her adaptable spirit and resilience became defining traits.

Her real estate career began in the late '90s, leasing and managing multifamily apartment communities. Drawn to the dynamic rhythm of sales and the deep value of connection, Megan quickly honed her skills, transitioning into mortgage finance, where she became a top loan originator. However, the 2008 housing crash prompted her to pivot, choosing to focus on her young family before returning to real estate with renewed determination.

Megan’s return was marked by a hands-on focus on real estate investments. For nearly ten years, she coordinated investor portfolios and property management with precision and care. Then, in 2018, Megan launched Synergy Realty Group, a business rooted in her belief that the best outcomes occur when people collaborate toward shared goals. Running her business through a global pandemic, she delivered consistent, client-focused service, embodying the principles of professionalism and compassion.

Recently, Megan embraced a new challenge, joining a national brand where she brings her unparalleled experience, leadership skills, and passion for guiding clients and teams alike.

Megan’s leadership style is both intentional and relational. She has a talent for empowering those around her, using mentorship and education to help others achieve what they might not have thought possible. Guided by the mindset that “If you’re the most intelligent person in the room, you’re in the wrong room,” Megan is constantly learning and encouraging growth in others. Her ability to connect people and ideas has made her a trusted leader in every role she takes on.

For Megan, providing housing isn’t just a business; it’s deeply personal. She is driven by a commitment to educate homeowners and investors, helping them make informed decisions that improve lives. When she’s not managing properties or mentoring teams, Megan enjoys her recent transition to life as an empty nester. Her daughter, now living in Denver with a graduate degree from FSU, and her son, a newly licensed real estate professional, are proudly forging their own paths.

Rediscovering her passions, Megan spends her time at the beach, reading, enjoying new places to “brunch”, and attending live music events (four concerts at Red Rocks in the past two years!). Her loyal corgi-beagle mix, Laila, is a constant companion on her adventures.

She owned and operated her own property management company, Synergy Realty Group, for five years–a name she chose to reflect her belief that true success happens when people work together.

Her loyal sidekick, Layla, a 14-year-old corgi-beagle mix, is never far behind and officially holds the title of Chief Vibes Officer.

She’s been to four concerts at Red Rocks in just the last two years, blending her love for live music with her love for epic views.
