Meet Rich Elsner, the high-energy, passionate Market President at the Riverview Office. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, Rich has a dynamic background rooted in youth development, community leadership, and a love for building relationships.

After graduating high school, Rich dedicated 20 years to the City of St. Petersburg’s Parks & Recreation Department, where he built lasting connections within the community by working closely with middle and high school students. During his tenure, he managed sports leagues and spearheaded the development of ActiveNet, an innovative IT platform for Parks & Recreation. This platform streamlined operations like organizing field trips, planning events, coordinating logistics, and supporting technical systems behind the scenes. Rich’s unwavering commitment to empowering youth and fostering meaningful relationships is evident in every aspect of his work.

But Rich doesn’t stop there—his expertise extends beyond recreation. He’s the proud owner of Midnight Music DJ & Entertainment, where he’s been the life of weddings, private parties, and major public events, including the St. Pete Grand Prix (yes, that’s him rocking the winner’s circle stage with champagne and confetti). Knowing how to command a crowd and create energy is second nature to him—and it translates to his professional life as well.

Rich became a licensed real estate agent in 2013 after being inspired by friends and his love of helping people. Having been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group for six years, he’s known for his dedication to his customers and his ability to connect with buyers. "Seeing the smiles after closing day is the ultimate compliment," he says.

Now stepping into his role as Market President, Rich is excited to bring growth, energy, and enthusiasm to the Riverview Office. He’s passionate about building a culture of collaboration and support, and he’s committed to being a trusted resource for his team. A natural coach and great listener, Rich is always available when it matters most—encouraging those around him to succeed.

Outside of work, Rich is a fitness enthusiast who starts every morning at the gym to keep his energy levels high. He’s married to Alyssa, who leads community relations for the City of St. Pete—“big shot at City Hall,” Rich adds with a smile. Together, they share their lives with their pampered Catahoula, enjoy peaceful walks in the park, and love to try new restaurants (pro tip from Rich—don’t skip Jeremiah’s Italian Ice).

With a passion for coaching, teaching, and helping others, Rich also gives back as the girls’ flag football coach for Pinellas Park High School.

Whether it’s as a leader, coach, DJ, or real estate expert, Rich Elsner is as dedicated as they come—and he’s just getting started.
