Sean began his career in Real Estate with Florida Properties Group and truly embodies our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Passion and Excellence. He is a THREE time Ninja graduate, meaning he values his relationships with his customers and agents over a transaction. He has invested many years to building a thriving real estate career founded in authentic relationships. Due to the fact Sean is someone who believes firmly in genuine relationships, he thrives off of building life-long relationships with everyone on his team.
He is a firm believer of being able to achieve anything we desire, as long as you put your mind towards it. Sean loves the strategic business planning of real estate, all while facilitating his agents’ growth and development through continuous process improvements (kaizen). He has a strong passion to leverage technology to assist his teams efficiency and the customer's experience, which makes for smoother transactions & overall happy customers! Most importantly, Sean recognizes and STRIVES to make a positive impact on the real estate world, the local community's economy, and the lifelong relationships gained within real estate. When Sean isn’t doing all things real estate, you can catch him spending time with his lovely wife, Heather and playing with their daughter Braelyn! He’s a dog lover and has two of his own, Rocco & Mowgli. Spending time with friends & family, fishing, golfing, racing go karts, watching standup comedy, and quoting every movie from the 90s/early 2000s are just a few other things that bring the “Swagger” into Sean Swauger!
